Terms and Conditions of Sale – Elusive Press LTD

Welcome to Elusive Press LTD. These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of goods and services by Elusive Press LTD (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (referred to as the “purchaser” or “client”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Order Process and Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• An order is considered confirmed and live once the customer has approved the quote, signed off on the details, and the full payment (or agreed upfront payment) has been received.
• We reserve the right to agree to alternative payment terms for existing customers or those we know personally.

2. Payment Terms

• Website Orders: For all orders placed directly through our website, full payment is required upfront at the time of placing the order.
• Invoiced Orders: For orders processed via invoice, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless alternative payment terms have been explicitly agreed upon by us in writing.

3. Artwork and Proofing

• Client Approval: Artwork and mockups are always required to be approved by the client before any printing begins.
• Responsibility for Incorrect Files: If the client supplies and confirms an incorrect artwork file, print file, or sizing information, the responsibility for the resulting error lies entirely with the client. We will only print the file that has been confirmed by the client.

4. Customer-Supplied Garments

• Clients are welcome to supply their own garments or items for printing. However, we recommend allowing us to supply the garments, as this enables us to maintain full quality control throughout the process.
• When we supply the garments, we also order a small number of extra items in each size to account for any unforeseen issues or misprints during production, ensuring you still receive the full quantity ordered.

5. Turnaround Times

• All stated turnaround times and Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) for an order are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• The ETA for an order is normally confirmed upon order completion, as different times of the year may require different lead times.

6. Ownership and Risk of Goods

• Title of Goods: Title to the goods remains with Elusive Press LTD until full and complete payment for the goods has been received from the purchaser.
• Risk of Goods: The risk in the goods transfers to the purchaser immediately upon dispatch from our premises.
• We are happy to ship orders internationally, provided that the buyer makes the necessary arrangements and assumes responsibility for the carrier.
• We take quality control seriously. If a print issue or misprint is determined to be our fault, we will take one of the following actions:
  • We will normally replace the misprinted T-shirt or item.
  • If we do not have stock of the T-shirt or item, we will offer a refund for the cost of the specific misprinted item.

7. Shipping

We are happy to ship orders internationally, provided that the buyer makes the necessary arrangements and assumes responsibility for the carrier.

8. Refunds and Reprints (Print Issues)

We take quality control seriously. If a print issue or misprint is determined to be our fault, we will take one of the following actions:

• We will normally replace the misprinted T-shirt or item.
• If we do not have stock of the T-shirt or item, we will offer a refund for the cost of the specific misprinted item.
