Although DTF has come a long way and has most definitely earn’t its place in the garment decorating world, alongside screen printing. Below is some information about DTF Printing and its benefits for you to make an informed choice on which print method best suits your needs.
What is DTF?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a digital printing technique where designs are printed onto a special film using water-based inks, which are then heat-pressed onto a garment, allowing for high-quality, versatile, and durable prints on various fabrics.
Why choose DTF?
DTF is great for small runs of t-shirt, sweaters or hoodies which have multi coloured prints. There is no limit to the amount of colours and no screen set up fee.
Suitable artwork files
- Artwork files to be supplied as PDF at print size @ 300 DPI
- Please email all artwork in a print ready size and condition, on a transparent background, using the contact form or direct on info@elusivepress.co.uk
- Elusive Press can not be held accountable for errors in the artwork (I.e. pixelating images or backgrounds on images)
- Adjustments can be made to artwork at a chargeable rate agreed prior to printing.
